Mihir practices applied systems thinking and system dynamics modelling to enable organisations and people to improve the impact of their work. He Co Founded DESTA Research LLP, in 2018, and is the Founder-Director of Dharinya Systems Change Pvt. Ltd., working to create Systems for Systems Change. He is a visiting faculty at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), and the Indian Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS). He is a seasoned practitioner in the space of facilitation and method development for research, teaching, training, and capacity building. Over 17 years of his practice, he has done over 35 projects, taught more than 1200 students, and trained more than 2000 people. Apart from his professional endeavours, he pursues his interests in theatre and music and loves to play cricket.
